After pre-approval (unless you are purchasing your home with cash), the next step is to apply to live in our fantastic community! Here are the steps:

• Fill out the attached application and send a scan or picture of each page to mark@woodsideankeny.com. In that same message, provide a unique email for each adult who will be living in the home.
• Each adult will receive a link to provide information for the background check. The cost is $49 per adult. (We do not receive this money; the background check is completed by a third party.)
• Send us verification of your income, including last year’s tax filing and the last two paystubs (or the last two payments from social security or whatever are your regular sources of income) and a picture of each adult’s ID (for example, your driver’s license)
